Who are we looking for?

Are you based in the UK and get motivated by achieving growth and expanding our customer portfolio by generating new business you might be the commercial en entrepreneurial hunter we are looking for. With your drive for results and getting things done, you deliver top-line growth by curating a pipeline and by converting it into actual agreements and client acquisitions.

What will you be doing?

  • Actively creating and following up on pipeline.
  • Prospecting potential clients through your network and acquisition activities.
  • Tender management skills are highly appreciated.
  • Executing demos and curate an optimal client experience in the sale funnel.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and all the necessary paperwork for data processing activities.
  • Optimizing sales funnel activities and communication based on data from the sales process.
  • Delivering results upon defined key performance metrics based on registered activities in HubSpot.

What background and skillset does this job require?

You have a bachelor education and you love to hunt for new clients and get deals done. You smoothly combine your listening skills with consultative selling skills. You are diligent, succinct in communication, diplomatic and constantly tracking and securing progress. You are hyper-focused on achieving the set goals. And you have: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or HR tech. A good understanding of how human resources work. A strong drive to close deals and achieving your targets. Strong listening skills and conscientiousness are important. Skills to create and manage different commercial phases and processes and optimize the sales cycle where needed. A sense of responsibility towards the improvement of Product & Service, working closely with the other teams – Implementation, Operations, Marketing & Customer Success. Excellent oral and written skills in both English.
